Signature Blend

Noble Roast sources its Guatemala beans from high-altitude farms where rich volcanic soil produces a smooth, balanced cup with notes of chocolate and caramel. Our Mocha Sidamo beans are carefully selected from Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, celebrated for its vibrant, fruity, and floral profile, bringing brightness and complexity to our blends.

Single Origin

Noble Roast proudly sources its Colombian single origin beans from smallholder farms nestled in the Andes, where the unique climate and rich soil create a coffee with smooth body, lively acidity, and notes of citrus and sweet caramel. Each batch reflects Colombia’s heritage of quality and dedication to sustainable farming.

Decaf

Noble Roast carefully sources its decaf CO₂ beans from Colombia, where high-quality Arabica is grown in the Andes and then gently decaffeinated using the natural CO₂ method. This process preserves the coffee’s rich flavor, smooth body, and subtle sweetness while removing caffeine without chemicals, ensuring a clean and sustainable cup.

House Blend

Noble Roast brings together the best of four origins to craft its bold house blend. We source smooth, chocolatey beans from Brazil, strong and earthy Indian Robusta, bright and fruity Mocha Sidamo from Ethiopia, and deep, full-bodied Vietnamese Robusta. Blended with care, these origins create a rich, balanced coffee with both strength and complexity.
